Rev. Fr. Jose Maprani CMI (80) (Preshitha Province, Coimbatore) was called to eternal reward today, 5 September 2019.
He began his apostolate as a Social worker at Prior General’s House. He was a committed and zealous religious priest who spent his entire life for the people of God at Tamil Nadu and Kerala. His life-style and simplicity have inspired many young CMIs to be true Carmelites.
